2. REDOTE metadata base users have to cite the source in case of data use.
3. REDOTE does not accept the responsibility for the accuracy of the data, or the use of the data.
4. The original databases owners commit themselves to guarantee their data truthfulness.
5. It is not allowed a commercial use of the data, or a data use which produces an economic benefit.
6. Users commit themselves to make a good use of the information obtained without a production of any kind of negative impacts over the fauna and flora, or over any processes that affect the ecological balance.

REDOTE could take legal proceedings against people who do not keep REDOTE Data Access Policy and Conditions of Use.
